“Contributor Content” means any Content created by and/or originating from a Contributor.
“Principal Knowledge Partner” means the organisation that sponsors and commissions a particular Technology Insight or Technology Roundtable.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means all intellectual property rights as defined by law, registered or unregistered.
“Services” means all services provided by Next10 Insights Limited via the Website, including virtual events, recordings, and content access.
“Website” means https://next10insights.com and any subdomains.
“User Content” means any Content uploaded by or originating from Users.
“User” / “you” / “your” means any person, firm, or organisation using the Website or Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

This Website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

These Terms of Use are provided in English. If translated versions exist, the English version shall prevail.

3. Submissions and Contributions

By submitting, participating in, or providing commentary, an interview, or expert input for the Website or Services – whether via a live session (e.g. a Technology Roundtable) or via interview, correspondence, or written input subsequently edited and published by us (e.g. a Technology Insight) – you:

Grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, edit, publish, and distribute your contribution, including in edited, abridged, or paraphrased form.
Warrant that you have rights to the material submitted, including any views expressed on behalf of your employer or organisation.
Agree, where applicable, to your session being recorded and shared.
Acknowledge that we retain full editorial discretion over final published content, including selection, edit, and placement of quotes attributed to you.
Acknowledge that Next10 Insights retains full editorial control over all published content. Principal Knowledge Partners and Contributors may contribute to the intelligence-gathering process but do not direct, approve, or influence editorial conclusions.

We may disclose your identity if required by law or to address IP/privacy complaints.

4. Ownership and IP Rights

All Content and Intellectual Property Rights on the Website are owned or licensed by Next10 Insights. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights.

Access to certain Content may require registration. Any permission to access or download Content is personal to you and may not be shared with others.

You may access and download Content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

You must not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices contained in the Content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing Content.
Misuse live chat or Q&A tools.
Disrupt or harm Website operations.

Technology Insights and Technology Roundtables may be sponsored by Principal Knowledge Partners. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement, and Next10 Insights retains sole editorial control over all published content.

Gain unauthorised access to servers.
Disrupt, spam, or attack the Website.

Breaches may be reported to authorities under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
